Marina Entrance leading marks

During a recent approach in broad daylight I had difficulty identifying the two marks. They need to be repainted or recovered in a strong colour/reflective material.

    I have recently reported this the leading marks are too small and the lights at night are not working i would hate to be a visiting yacht to carrickfergus
